Suggested Use: Mix 1/2 TB bentonite clay, and 1/2 TB apple cider vinegar in a glass bowl and mix well with wooden spatula. Apply to each armpit, and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off well. PLEASE NOTE: Armpits may be red for one hour after rinsing off. This is normal and will subside. Follow with completely-natural deodorant - which will work even better after the four-day detox.
